Juxincheng specialises in lightweight MES and uses patented stack lights to connect legacy machines. We have provided digitalisation services to more than 3,000 factories; outcomes depend on project scope, site baseline and acceptance data.

The TreeMES team shares manufacturing digitalisation practices at Jiangsu University
Founded in 2017, Juxincheng—with Shuzi Information as its R&D centre—is an industrial internet technology company providing standardised, lightweight manufacturing execution systems (MES) for discrete manufacturers. Our mission is to give machines a voice and let real data speak. We help manufacturers in China overcome three key digitalisation challenges: connecting equipment, making systems easy to use, and overcoming delays in implementation and payback.

I’m Huang Chaoxing, inventor of the three-colour stack-light MES system and author of the Chinese-language book 《工厂AI化》 on AI adoption in factories. Together with my team, I bring AI scheduling and other AI applications into factories.

Working in factories has made me increasingly concerned with practical questions: Is the data accurate? Will employees use the system? Who maintains it when conditions change? From machine connectivity and MES to AI scheduling, these questions continue to shape our products and services.
The education, employment, patent and award history on this page was supplied by Huang Chaoxing. Acceptance notices accompany the five applications filed in 2026.
I herded cattle as a child, then went on to study, work in R&D and enter factories. My beginnings were ordinary; each experience brought me to where I am today.
I joined Tencent’s QQ Pet team and began developing internet products.
This experience in product development and technical innovation laid the foundation for my later work in factory digitalisation.
Starting with machine connectivity, I connected machine status, production reporting and issue handling.
It began with factory visits where production data was still recorded on paper. Over a bottle of apple cider vinegar at a hotpot restaurant in Dongguan, my partner and I decided to enter this industry.
The first smart stack light was developed quickly, but the initial 2G design had unstable signals on site, resulting in losses of several million. We then spent a year redesigning the hardware, followed by the pandemic and funding pressure.
An investment from a university classmate helped us through, and the business gradually recovered. We have continued working on machine connectivity and factory digitalisation, including overseas markets. This service count is not a count of AI scheduling implementations.
Three applications address schedule adjustment, strategy generation and decision execution. Two cover MES automated reporting and equipment performance. All five have been accepted for processing.
View the five applications and acceptance notices →The five invention patent applications cover scheduling research and MES shop-floor management. The applicant for all five is 深圳聚心城科技有限公司 (Shenzhen Juxincheng Technology Co., Ltd.). Huang Chaoxing is named jointly with team members on three applications and as the sole inventor on the other two.
Date of all three notices:
Huang Chaoxing is the named inventor on both notices
These details follow the respective patent application acceptance notices. Acceptance does not mean a patent has been granted. Product capabilities and shop-floor results depend on the relevant version and project validation. The research directions link to full titles and original documents.

In a market full of hype, restraint matters. TreeMES earns trust through three principles we do not readily compromise on.
We work with customers whose needs are at least 90% covered by our standard features, with no more than 10% customisation per project. If you want unlimited bespoke development, we may not be the best fit. If you want a fast rollout, we are built for it.
We reject spending that cannot be measured. The system must earn its cost back for the factory. Existing project data is used to measure utilisation and investment value. Actual improvement and payback depend on the site baseline, implementation scope and team execution.
Shuzi Information leads R&D and Juxincheng handles delivery. Our team of over 100 is based in Shenzhen and Suzhou. Three consecutive years of steady growth through cloud SaaS give us the strength to support customers through their transformation.
We tackle the barriers to implementation directly. Our patented stack lights connect legacy machines in 20 minutes. With a clear ROI and a clear method for evaluating ROI, real data works for your factory’s profitability.
Long implementation: over 1 year
Limited functionality
●Fast rollout: live in 1 month, plug and play
High costs and extensive customisation
Cannot connect legacy machines without data interfaces
●One system: patented stack lights connect people and machines
Professional, but poorly suited to the flexibility mid-sized factories need
●Measurable ROI: payback in 12 months
●Made for mid-sized factories: standard features cover 90% of needs
Experience from 3,000+ factory digitalisation projects, spanning machine connectivity, shop-floor execution and measurable improvement.

Chosen by leading factories. Trusted across 100,000 machines.
