2. Information we collect

When you submit the consultation form, we collect the name, mobile number and company name that you provide. All three fields are required to register and respond to the request.

If you choose to scan the Enterprise WeChat QR code and contact Xu Haichen, information you provide in that channel is handled under the platform rules and this policy for consultation. The website form does not automatically send your details to Enterprise WeChat.

3. Purposes and processing

• Register and respond to customer enquiries;
• Understand requests for a demonstration or manufacturing digitalisation discussion;
• Arrange business follow-up and retain necessary contact records.

You must actively agree to this policy before submitting the form. We do not use form information for unrelated automated decisions or behavioural advertising.

4. Storage and retention

After a successful submission, form information is stored in company-controlled cloud systems in mainland China. This release does not send the form by email. Information is retained for no longer than three years from submission unless law requires a different period or a valid earlier deletion request applies. Expired records are removed during subsequent form or authorised administration activity.

5. Access, sharing and transfers

Access is limited to authorised management personnel performing customer registration, business follow-up and necessary oversight. Apart from platform processing when you voluntarily use Enterprise WeChat, we do not sell personal information, use third-party website analytics at launch, or transfer form personal information outside China. Legally required disclosure is handled through the applicable procedure.

6. Your rights

You may request access, a copy, correction, supplementation or deletion, withdraw consent, or ask how information is processed. Email the privacy address and provide information reasonably necessary to verify the request. We will respond within a reasonable period after verification. Withdrawal does not invalidate processing completed before withdrawal.

7. Security

We use access controls, encrypted transport, account management, backups and appropriate security reviews to reduce the risk of unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure. We will take remedial and notification steps required by law if an incident may affect your rights.

8. Children

This business website is intended for enterprise customers and manufacturing management, not children under 14. If relevant information is collected inadvertently, we will delete it after verification.

9. Changes
