By using the website, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. If you act for an organisation, you should have authority to make the enquiry on its behalf.
2. Website purpose
The website describes TreeMES, manufacturing execution systems, machine connectivity, customer practices and related knowledge, and provides a business contact channel. General website content is not a factory-specific technical commitment, investment recommendation, quotation or contract.
3. Product and project information
Implementation schedule, connectivity method, scope, price, benefits and payback depend on machine conditions, site readiness, data definitions, project scope and execution. Customer cases and figures relate to their stated projects or company materials and do not guarantee equal results elsewhere. A written agreement defines the final solution, acceptance criteria and responsibilities.
4. Enquiries and forms
You must provide accurate information that you are entitled to submit. Do not impersonate others, send bulk spam or probe the interface. A success message means the enquiry was stored in the company's protected administration system; it does not create a contract. Business hours are 09:30–18:30 China Standard Time, and actual response time depends on business availability.
5. Intellectual property
Brands, text, interfaces, graphics, images, video, software and other materials are owned by Shenzhen Juxincheng Technology Co., Ltd. or the relevant rights holder. They may not be copied, altered, bulk-scraped, sold or used in misleading promotion without written permission, except where lawful quotation applies.
6. Prohibited conduct
- Interfere with the website, bypass access controls or probe non-public systems;
- Upload malicious code, send spam or infringe another person's rights;
- Impersonate TreeMES, its staff, customers or partners;
- Use the website for unlawful activity.
7. Availability and third parties
We take reasonable steps to maintain the website but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. If you voluntarily use Enterprise WeChat, its availability and processing are also subject to that platform's rules and operating status. This release does not send website forms by email.
8. Liability boundary
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable beyond applicable legal requirements for indirect loss caused by reliance on general website content, network interruption, third-party failure or events outside reasonable control. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
